Salesforce Business Analyst: Onsite Required
AGRILAND FS is looking for a service-oriented and detailed individual to develop, train, and lead the implementation and operation of our Customer Relationship Management Tool:
Salesforce.
As a member of our AGRILAND FS team, this individual will work in our Winterset corporate office.
Core
Responsibilities:
Manage, upgrade and configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups Evaluate new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support Work with leadership to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities Works with team leaders to develop processes for all critical data entry within Salesforce Prioritize and resolve end user issues and execute administrative functions of the Salesforce platform Develop training materials and provide training and support to end users What we need from you:
Person must be able to commute to Winterset every day to work on site, no relocation package available.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or computer science or 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or other CRM tool preferred Salesforce certified administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Platform App Builder Knowledge of importing sales data and generating reports Experience in the administration and maintenance of CRM Systems Advanced navigation/Queries, Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests and manage laterally Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills What we offer our team:
