New York Life s Service Organization is hiring Customer Service Representatives for its Service Center.
We employ highly trained customer service professionals responsible for supporting the insurance agent management team by handling new business sales processing and administrative support functions.

Primary
Responsibilities:

  • Conducts a thorough review of Fixed, Variable and Immediate Annuity applications for accuracy and completeness.
  • Completes the data entry of Fixed, Variable and Immediate Annuity applications into administrative systems
  • Provides assistance to NYL agents and their office staff with resolving outstanding requirements
  • Provides excellent day to day customer service to our clients, agents and our internal partners
  • Qualifications:
    Associates degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task
  • FINRA Series 6 preferred (optional)
  • No required Training and Development:
    Customer service representatives undergo a comprehensive paid on site training program to learn about the insurance industry, product and policy provisions and transaction processing.
    Coaching and feedback is provided to help you gain the necessary skills to be successful.
  • Shift Information:
    This is a full-time position Monday through Friday.
    Candidates should be flexible to work any 7.
    5-hour shift between 8am to 6pm during the week.

Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • High school diploma, or GED from an accredited school required.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task
  • FINRA Series 6 preferred (Optional Not Required)

Training and Development:

Customer service representatives undergo a comprehensive paid on site training program to learn about the insurance industry, product and policy provisions and transaction processing.
Coaching and feedback is provided to help you gain the necessary skills to be successful.

Shift Information:

This is a full-time position Monday through Friday.
Candidates should be flexible to work any 7.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
